Your color story and his glory. Your color signifies the colors of your personality. As well as the colors you are attracted to. It can feel magnetic. The right color with the right undertones can make or break your outfit.
Let’s break down some of the colors in this dress. Most people are a mixture of different colors. Plaids or prints. Color boxes or different shapes and different sizes. Yellow the color of sunshine. Even wearing the color yellow is a big pick me upper. It’s like drinking a cup of coffee. Or taking a shot in a drink. You feel vibrant and revived. Having a yellow personality may be someone who is more of an extravert. The more people the better. The bigger the atmosphere the more alive they become. Yellow personality also tends to be great conversationalist. Sometimes they can also seem kinda chatty or all over the place. They can jump around to different topics and be equally versed in all of them. Next up is Orange. Orange can be a fiery passionate color. When you think about fire its Orange. The higher the fire is the more orange you will see. Orange also has red undertones and it depends on how it looks against your skin tone. I would say having an orange personality can be someone passionate with a fiery personality. We can also think about the fire of God. If you take 5 minutes to meditate on that. Fire can warm a room. Be aesthetically pleasing or burn everything down. Or for you to rebuild and start again.
Wine is the color of a calm and even personality. Meaning the right feeling that can match the mood, environment. or atmosphere. Confident yet quiet. A calm and powerful presence. Power that’s contained yet powerful. I would also say wine gives off emotional intelligence. Meaning giving the right response based on the situation at hand. Think of a wine lipstick or a wine heel. Just enough to make a quiet statement while not trying to make one. Wine is also a rich color.
As, a child I remember not only loving to color. I would mix different colors together and see what color comes out of it. When you think of someone with a colorful personality or they lived a colorful life. That means they had the right dose of pleasures, fun, trials, disappointments. Tried and tested and is confident in God’s sovereignty.
Mustard yellow. I love a nice mustard yellow blazer or a mustard yellow ballet flat. Mustard is the color to where you just need a splash of it. A pencil belt. Meaning tiny. Just a dash of elegance to dress up any outfit. Mustard also falls under cool undertones. I would say someone who is calm under pressure. Someone who is even keeled or even tempered. They are at the party and they don’t need to be the life of it. Comfortable in ones own skin. Quiet and classy.
Burgundy is still in the reds category. I would say burgundy represents maturity. It’s not everyone’s favorite. However, if you buy it or have it in your wardrobe. You will likely have a little bit of it. A burgundy belt. A burgundy silk scarf. Understated elegance and quiet confidence. You know who you are and mature enough to enjoy your own company. This is the woman that can take her self out to eat. She can enjoy a great lunch and she doesn’t mind saying table for one. After hearing do you need a table for two. Enjoying your own company is confidence. Self awareness and divinity. Keen awareness and insight.
Black a color that needs no introduction and is powerful alone or in the company of others. People, places and personalities. Quiet and Powerful. Black is bold enough to stand alone and confident enough to stand with others. The ultimate statement piece or color. That doesn’t ask for permission to be. It is the color that represents I AM. Start everyday with I AM.
I AM powerful
I AM favored
My color story will be used for His Glory.
You are FashionED IN Him.
